Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Some products such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back so we can confirm availability.
